payable to CMS PTA) to the 
CMS office at your earliest 
convenience.

What does the CMS PTA
 do?

-donated $6,000 to the 
teachers at CMS to use 
for equipment and
 supplies.  
-Sponsors a welcome 
back event in the fall.
-Sponsors sock hops 
and parent information 
meetings.
-Provides hospitality 
treats and a week long 
Teacher Appreciation 
event.
-Sponsors an 8th 
grade dance.
-Sponsors a field day 
for 8th grade.
-Provides informational 
email service to parents.
-Maintains CMS PTA 
website to update
parents on PTA related
events and activities.
